Neverball is a free, open-source 3D arcade game: you do not steer the ball, you tilt the whole floor and let gravity roll it. Collect enough coins to open the goal, then roll into it before the timer runs out. Fall off the edge or run out of time and you lose a ball.

The game has been developed by its community for over twenty years. This browser version includes seven level sets with 165 levels, from the gentle Neverball Easy to the tricky Tour de force and Retour de force, plus 17 different balls to choose from. Levels range from simple slopes to moving platforms, switches, teleporters and narrow bridges, and every level keeps your best times and most coins.

How to play

Press Play Now, then Play, and enter a player name.

Pick a level set; Neverball Easy is the best start. Other sets download in a moment when you choose them.

Tilt the floor to roll the ball and collect coins until the goal opens.

Roll into the goal before the time runs out to unlock the next level.

Controls

Mouse or arrow keys: tilt the floor

Left / right mouse button: turn the camera

Touch screen: swipe to tilt, use your other thumb to turn the camera

Gamepad: sticks tilt the floor and turn the camera

Esc: pause

Tips

Small, gentle movements work better than big ones.

Turn the camera to see the path ahead before you start rolling.

Challenge mode plays a whole level set in a row with a limited number of balls.

Progress, best times and replays are saved in this browser.
