These terms apply to your use of gamidio.com (“Gamidio”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Gamidio.

The service

Gamidio is a free collection of browser games. You can play without an account or registration. Gamidio is made for teenagers and adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Games from third parties

Most games are made and hosted by other companies and are shown on Gamidio with their permission. They remain the property of their creators, who are responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply. Some games contain their own ads, optional accounts or in-game purchases offered by the game provider; any such purchase is an agreement between you and that provider, not Gamidio.

Some games are open-source software that we host ourselves. Each of them is credited to its authors on its page, together with its license and a link to its source code.

We choose games carefully, but we cannot guarantee that every game is always available, works on every device, or that a provider does not change or remove it.

Acceptable use

Please use Gamidio as a normal visitor would. Do not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the games;
  • use automated tools to copy the website or its content in bulk;
  • click on ads deliberately to generate revenue, or otherwise manipulate ads or statistics;
  • break the rules of the online multiplayer games, including harassing other players.

Intellectual property

The Gamidio name and logo, the design of the website and the texts we wrote (such as game descriptions and guides) belong to Gamidio. You may link to any page of Gamidio, but please do not copy our texts or design without permission. Games, their names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and liability

Gamidio is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or stop the website or any game at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of Gamidio or of third-party games and websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Gamidio links to the websites of game creators and other services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when Gamidio changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
