We respect the rights of game creators and other rights holders. Every game on Gamidio is published only when its creator or provider allows it to be embedded on other websites, or under an open-source license that allows it.

Report a problem

If you believe that a game, image or text on Gamidio infringes your copyright or trademark, or that we use a game against its license or terms, please write to contact@gamidio.com with:

1. the address of the page on Gamidio concerned;
2. a description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed, and of your rights to it;
3. why you believe the use is not allowed;
4. your name and how we can reach you, and if you act on behalf of the rights holder, on whose behalf.

What happens next

We review every report without undue delay. If the report is justified, we remove the content or correct the attribution, usually within a few working days, and let you know. If we need more information, we will ask you.

Game creators who would like their game added to Gamidio, or credited differently, are welcome to write to the same address.
