About Librerama
Similar to: WarioWare. If you like WarioWare, Librerama is a free alternative you can play right here in your browser, with no download.
Librerama is a free, open-source arcade of very small, fast-paced mini-games, called nanogames, by Yeldham and contributors. Each one lasts only a few seconds: a one-word hint tells you what to do, and you have to figure it out and react before time runs out. Hit the good targets, catch the falling candy, dodge the obstacles, sort the files.
The goal is to win as many nanogames in a row as you can before a game over, while they get faster and harder. The game comes with 24 nanogames with their own art and sounds, and is translated into several languages. It is still a work in progress, so new nanogames keep coming.
How to play
- After the short intro, open the Arcade and press Quickplay.
- Read the hint shown at the start of each nanogame.
- Win it in a few seconds: click, drag, move or press the action key.
- Keep going as the speed rises and score as high as you can.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: click, drag and drop
- Arrow keys: move
- Space: action
- Esc: pause
Tips
- The hint word is the whole tutorial: read it first, then act.
- The ? button in the arcade opens the tutorial.
- Collection lists all nanogames in the arcade.
- The first load is about 70 MB, so give it a moment on slower connections.
