About Daily Str8ts
Daily Str8ts is a new number puzzle every day: fill the white cells with 1 to 9 so that every compartment forms a straight of consecutive numbers.
Black cells split the 9×9 grid into compartments. Each compartment, across or down, must contain consecutive numbers in any order — 7, 6, 4, 5 works, 1, 3, 8, 7 does not. No number may repeat in a row or column, and numbers in black cells are not available in their row and column.
How to play
- Select an empty white cell.
- Enter a number from 1 to 9.
- Make every compartment a set of consecutive numbers.
- Keep every row and column free of repeats.

Tips
- Short compartments with a known number are the best place to start.
- Use the numbers in black cells to rule out options.
- Work out the possible range of each compartment.
