About AAAAXY

AAAAXY is a nonlinear 2D puzzle platformer by Rudolf Polzer that takes place in impossible spaces. Your general goal is to reach the surprising end of the game, but you are encouraged to set your own goals: exploration is rewarded and secrets are waiting everywhere.

The world loops and folds in on itself, rooms connect in ways that should not be possible, and you will lose your sense of orientation on purpose. A new player needs about 4 to 6 hours to reach the end, while experienced players race through it much faster. It is a free, open-source game, also available on Flathub, F-Droid and itch.io.

How to play

Click the game and wait until it has loaded.

Run with the arrow keys or W A S D and jump with Space.

Use the action key (Shift, Enter or E) on objects and switches.

Explore freely, find the secrets and work your way to the end.

Tips

If a path seems to lead back where you started, look again: the world is not what it seems.
