About 13th Floor

13th Floor is a first-person stealth horror game by Rob Louie and the winner of the js13kGames 2024 competition, where every game has to fit into 13 kilobytes. You receive a strange invitation to a party on the 13th floor, where there are 13 rooms. What could go wrong?

You arrive with one key and have to find the room it opens, search it with your flashlight for the next key, and go on until you hold the key to room 1313. Something else walks the corridors too: watch for its light, and do not let It see you.

How to play

Click the game to start; the mouse turns your view.

Find the room whose number is on your key.

Search the room with the flashlight (F) and pick up the next key with E or a left click.

Hide when It comes; if It sees you, run. Find the key to room 1313 to escape.

Touch screen: joystick bottom left, drag on the right = look, A = action, B = flashlight

W A S D: move

Mouse: look around

E or left click: action

F: flashlight

Tips

Some rooms start unlocked and hide health packs.

You can see It coming by its light.

Play with headphones: the footsteps tell you a lot.
