About Algerian Patience
Algerian Patience is a challenging solitaire: move all cards to eight foundations — four building down from King and four building up from Ace, each in suit.
On the tableau, you can build up or down in the same suit. Click the closed stack to deal new cards. Having foundations in both directions gives you plenty of options, but also many ways to get stuck, so this is a game for experienced solitaire players.
How to play
- Start four foundations with Aces and four with Kings.
- Build them up from Ace and down from King, in suit.
- On the tableau build up or down in the same suit.
- Click the closed stack for new cards.
Controls
- Mouse: drag cards to move them
- Touch: drag cards with your finger
- Click or tap the stock: draw new cards
Tips
- Decide early which way each suit will go: up from Ace or down from King.
- Keep long same-suit sequences on the tableau movable.
- Deal new cards only when you have no useful moves left.
